Ingredients

cups
baby spinach
washed
1
ripe avocado
chopped into bites
1
carrot
peeled and shredded
1
green onion
chopped
1
roasted chicken breast
or protein of your choosing -- *optional
sesame seeds
to garnish -- I use both white and black
Dressing:
1
tbsp
rice wine vinegar
2
tbsp
sesame
1/2
tsp
fresh minced ginger
1
tsp
tamari
1
tsp
honey
pinch
of kosher salt
Instructions
Toss salad ingredients together in a large salad bowl.
In a small bowl or mason jar, combine dressing ingredients and whisk/shake until well combined. Drizzle over salad, and enjoy.
